Customer Appreciation Picnic Please join First State Bank at our customer appreciation picnic on September 16, 2011 at our Scottsbluff Branch.  The meal will be $2 and all funds will go to United Way of Western Nebraska.  We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, cookies and pop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  We will have the rubber duck dash ducks for sale. The Rubber Duck Dash 1st place prize, a 2011 GMC Terrain will be at the bank from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the picnic.
